Breakfast was ok. Bit of a walk into town but not too bad. They couldn’t get the Netflix to work on the tv and the wifi was very average( not really an issue for us) The manager and staff in the restaurant need a few lessons on customer service, but for the money, it was ok

“An excellent stay for a reasonable price”
The atmospehere is quiet and cosy, views are nice and value for the paid price was excellent. Breakfast is very good, I came from a 4-star hotel in the same city and was much more worse: you have fresh products (fruit was very good), healthy items and enough variety.

“Great staff, clean, quiet hotel in a good location in Chihuahua.”
I was in very early from the bus station hoping to drop my bag. Without asking, the member of staff checked me into an open room that exactly fit my reservation. The hotel itself is within easy walking distance of the historic center, and there is a convenience store next door and a supermarket two blocks away. The hotel was very quiet and was very clean.
