“Terrible service, terrible place, terrible experience”
We booked a room a few days before the day we should have checked in, but until that day, the host didn’t told us how do we check in, I messaged them several times, they didn’t reply. It seems that there was no room available anymore, but the host didn’t even inform us or cancel the reservation. We had been waiting until we found another hotel. Until now, there’s no reply, no explanation, no apology. Did they give our room to other visitors who came after us but paid higher? Or they was trying to deduct the deposit that I paid, if I didn’t notice it? I don’t know, I can’t imagine that. What if we couldn’t find another hotel, how terrible might our trip be? Please, inform the guests about any situations in advance. It’s a basic honest and responsibility. Just remind everyone, read my experience before you book this house.
