Facilities, staf was very frindly, children playground unmatched in any hotel we have been.

Lot of things for children to be occupied: Game rooms, playgrounds, pools... so if outside is bad weather they have what to do. One more thing that we found very usefull is that every family/room has its own dedicated table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is also great.

This has to be one of the best family hotel. Not crowded, superb food. Kids loved it.

The hotel is excellent. There's so many things to do for kids. They tried everything - the pool, the slide, the toboggan, trampolines, Falky land, ski slope, a pirate ship. They loved it. The staff is very polite and friendly. They welcomed us very nicely - seated us, offered a welcome drink, and explained everything. The food was delicious.

Everything was excellent! Room was spacious, comfortable and super clean! Staff was amazing, friendly and always helpful. Food was great and our baby enjoyed playrooms and a ski slope, as well as the pool and wellness. We also got strollers for use during our stay.

Everything was pefect. Meal tasty and lot of variety, both for children and for adults. Pool and family spa - grest. Very comfortable for young families with small children Mini Club open all the day.
