The room is great with a lot of space for 3 of us. The pool also very nice with both indoor and outdoor pool, not crowded and very clean.

“Pure relaxation and modern luxury in South Tyrol”

This was an exceptional stay where we felt we were constantly discovering new levels of luxury. We were incredibly lucky to receive a free room upgrade; the space was generous and featured a lovely panoramic day bed and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room was well-appointed. The wellness area is outstanding. We loved the variety of saunas, particularly the Finnish sauna followed by the snow room. Swimming in the heated outdoor pool at night was a wonderful experience. The food was also a highlight; both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great mix of buffet options and freshly cooked items. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention for being so attentive and super helpful throughout our stay.

“Unsafe Experience Despite a Good Spa and Pool”

the pool and spa area were actually quite nice. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing — a good place to unwind It’s one of the few parts of the hotel that met my expectations and helped me feel a bit more relaxed during a stressful trip. If you’re just looking to enjoy the spa and pool, that part of the experience was definitely a plus.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious, and the spa facilities were spotless, with an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu. A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. Thank you for having us—we will definitely return!

Dinner is between 7 and 9 pm, at 8 pm 80% of food at the buffet is gone (the only thing they brought was one foccacia cut in pices at 20:50); breakfast is poor; the heating turns off automatically during the night so You wake up in colder room; the bathroom in the room is also colder all the time because no matter how long you leave room key inside and turn on the heating, the radiator in bathroom doesn't work; swimming pool on first day was ok, on the second day was already cold; you have to search for the staff if you want a towel at the swimming pool.... but the staff in the restaurant is nice.

we are for the second time in this cozy, very clean and comfortable hotel with wonderful staff The food in the restaurant is delicious, with fresh products, local cheeses. The service is courteous, with special treatment for everyone, especially Christian Very good spa area and convenient transport to the ski area
