“There was no stay. There was no hotel. Booking.com sucks!!”
THERE WAS NO HOTEL!!! It's a half-way house. My teen daughter and I showed up to check in, and they said it's no longer a hotel. We were left stranded in Springfield. The lady at the counter was super helpful thankfully, but I will be calling and you need to make this right!!!! I have not even been refunded.

THERE WAS NO HOTEL!!! It's a half-way house. My teen daughter and I showed up to check in, and they said it's no longer a hotel. We were left stranded in Springfield. The lady at the counter was super helpful thankfully, but I will be calling and you need to make this right!!!! I have not even been refunded.
