check in was smooth. breakfast was better the second day with some fruit. conveniently near a supermarket. Chico is okay, there is a nice national park about 90 minutes drive away.

The last two times we stayed in Chico we were not happy with the hotels we had chosen but that was not the case this visit. The room was clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to downtown and the other guests that were staying seemed normal and polite. Not the same as the place we stayed last year.

“It was ok”
TV remote did not work, housekeeping did not clean the room, room smelled and I found ants im the bedroom.
