The room was quite clean and an open space design. I liked the fact it came with laundry and wi-fi (although I couldn't use either due to unforeseen circumstances). My trip was during a storm, so unfortunate timing. There were clean dishes ready, trash bags and two separate bins for recycling and trash (with a helpful recycling guide on the fridge alongside the Wi-Fi password), Ice cube trays in the freezer.

Before we had a chance to check out, the property was cleaned and all items we left in the apartment were removed and disposed of. Items we had in the unit included two duffel bags with clothing, prescription eyeglasses, a cell phone and wallet. The owner refunded the night's stay, but the total value of items lost is over $3,000. We contacted the police and have spent hours on the phone and online canceling credit cards and replacing lost items. We were paying guests, and the owner was negligent and failed to take proper care in performing the duties owed to us as guests.

Good size and the washing machine was really useful for people like us on a long road trip. Its good value that's the top + Instructions for arrival were good.
