“Lovely historic hotel with large very comfortable rooms”
The room was clean and really lovely, and the staff were a delight. They couldn't do enough to help. Definitely something which the hotel should be proud of. We had a few drinks in the bar in the hotel, which was also really nice.

“Consistently our favorite place to stay in Chico”
Great location, we have stayed here a few times now and keep coming back to it. Staff was very responsive when we had an issue with the bathroom and it was fixed quickly.
