They said they’re pet friendly and I made the reservation but when I called to organize my arrival I found out my dogs couldn’t be admitted cause they’re above their weight limit . They should announce that from the beginning .

The breakfast was good. The complimentary 15 minute massage was outstanding. The staff were uniformly friendly, warm. welcoming, and helpful.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants, also not far from bus terminals. Very helpful and friendly staff. Welcome drink is a nice gesture on arrival. Breakfast was good. Good size room, comfy bed, good hot shower.

Location was close to plaza. Room were very clean, good shower, wonderful staff so nice. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee was hot, eggs were made fresh to your liking, fresh fruit and juice. The woman who takes care of breakfast deserves notice, she couldn't do enough for you and did it with a beautiful smile.

Very central, reception always open and very helpful and friendly! They do housekeeping everyday, so everything very clean and a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. They even offered a 15 min massage at their spa for free that was much appreciated! Breakfast basic but ok. Also an elevator available. All the staff very nice! They even found my blouse that I forgot after check out.

“Kind and caring hotel staff”

Excellent hotel located right in the city centre, with nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The kindness of the staff sets this hotel really high above any competition. During my stay, I felt unwell. The reception was able within minutes to organise a WhatsApp call with a doctor: and thankfully this fully solved my health concern! Also, the reception staff kindly sent the breakfast up to my room while I was recovering. Even aside from this exceptional care, the attention that the hotel gives their clients at all times is simply amazing. For example they sent - also via WhatsApp - a list of activities that can be organised on a Monday when some other museums are closed. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness.

The late check-in and possibility of spontaneous booking was great. Friendly reception. Rooms were in general clean. A free massage at the spa is included in the price (available 9am-1pm)!
