We loved the location — not right in the center, but within walking distance of great restaurants and just a cheap Uber ride to downtown. The area felt safe, the room was clean, and the water was hot with good pressure. We also appreciated having a fridge in the room.

Very friendly staff who let us check in hours early after arriving on the night bus from Ecuador. Comfy bed and pillows. Really good hot shower. Desk and chair in the room. Big TV that worked. Lots of helpful charging points/plugs. A lift/elevator if unable to manage the stairs.

Clean, very comfortable rooms with everything you need. Nice area in walking distance to airport and emtrafesa bus terminal. Very competent staff. We were happy and would definitely return.

Room was big (triple) and clean. Even had a "mini kitchen" in it. We enjoyed it at best!

Nice place, good breakfast with a choice of eggs, and friendly staff. Everything functioned well and the bed was comfortable.

Nice modern room with microwave and very large fridge. Small desk with chair, fine for laptop use. The bathroom and shower were good. The fan over the bed was powerful and effective, but very noisy.

Great new hotel, with a lot of thing under construction, private bathroom with hot weather and mini fridge , pretty okay for the price.

Horrible stay, the first room we were given had a huge mold stain on the ceiling. After changing room we found out there was no water in the whole building. And in the night water started to fall from the ceiling. We were transferred to a different hotel with lower standards (and lower price on booking) but they refused to pay us back. I would totally not recommend this hotel

The staff is very friendly and wants to make sure that you feel comfortable. There are huge windows that can be opened with a little effort. The rooms are very nice and spacious with a desk and an office chair, a table and two chairs, a huge wardrobe, and even a fridge.
