Wonderful location, quite close to the Lawson, station, Park and everything needed for a wonderful stay. Very very comfortable beds and each room had a balcony which was a bonus for me. will choose this place to stay again

Our stay was short so we have little to stay. The room is small especially the bathroom but it's spotless and it has all amenities. It's also walking distance to town.

“Value for money comfortable hotel”
Great older style hotel with everything you need for a night or two. Staff are welcoming. The room is large and even has a microwave. Bed was comfortable. Convenience store nearby.

“Good place for an overnight visit to Chichibu at a good price.”
Room is spacious by Japanese standards, fridge in room. Pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet was OK. I would stay again.

👍 Good value for the price of this hotel. A good 15min walk from seibu chichibu express station. Staffs are really accommodating and friendly. Challenges are some staffs could communicate with basic english. It's ok, you got to always have a translator app. THE ROOM: Its like a mini studio condo room type, u got a small kitchen counter with sink. Good sizeable queen size bed and a sidetable and small couch. 👍 Experience local homemade food. They have a designated smoking room by the entrance of the lobby. 👍 Good washing machine at the laundry room. Toilets and mini bathroom so cute and clean. 👍 Free water and specific schedule time for free coffee

“Wonderful stay”
Our second stay here. Very wonderful. Good location, comfortable beds, perfect location, very close to both the main station and SEIBU-chichibu. The breakfast was delicious, though keep in mind, not western style.

“An all around wonderful stay.”
The hotel is located right in the center of Chichibu and a fantastic starting point to explore all parts of the city. The room was way more luxurious than I expected it to be and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. It was also really quiet.
