“Decent hotel and decent people”
Pleasant room, nice pool and decent breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Service was quick in the morning with everyone aiming to leave early to visit ruins. Pretty close to ruins entrance (but still need a taxi). Shout out to the honesty and helpfulness of staff who found my Kindle and sent it on to the next hotel on our trip. Remarkable and much appreciated. Overall, I think this hotel has been rated lower than it should be and it is well worth considering.

Everything! Beautiful facility, friendly staff. Offer private tour of chitzen itza with a superb guide, James. Bike rentals, great menu and drink selection...even vino Blanco! The best place we stayed at on our 3 week tour of Mexico beginning in Puerto Vallarta and ending in Chitzen itza. 2 hour train ride to Cancun airport. Canadians

Lovely quiet hotel. Very clean and well kept, and nice and traditional. We dined in the restaurant and had a nice meal. Great location for Chichén Itzá although it is not accessible via a walk. You still have to drive to the main entrance. A great little quiet respite break for us in the midst of a load of travelling.

Very friendly and the location was amazing. They organised taxis at a very reasonable rate, food was good and breakfast was fab. Room was lovely and comfortable. The main thing was I don't think I have ever stayed at a cleaner hotel, it was spotless everywhere. Would totally recommend.

“Perfect place to stay for Chichen Itza”
Very convenient for Chichen Itza. A short drive. Good parking and helpful check in staff. Compact rooms but with everything you could need. We ate in and the food was good.

Great hotel with nice pool and chairs/sun loungers around it. We had dinner at the restaurant that was great also. Nice polite staff. Free billiards and books to read and a very comfortable sitting area to watch tv, shows. etc

“Great stay, great staff! Rent a bike to go to Chichen Itza and you're good to go!”
Friendly staff, great swimming pool and restaurant. While you can no longer access Chichen Itza by walking from the hotel, bikes are available for rental. It was pouring rain when I left, and the staff walked me to the taxi with an umbrella - very nice!

“Marvelous place with a very good vibe.”
We loved this place the atmosphere is so calm and special. Excellent beds and showers. The pool is amazing. We ate an excellent breakfast for 200 pesos. Definitely the place to be if you are in Chichen Itza area.

“Beautifully designed property with a fantastic location very close to Chichen Itza and Cenote Ik-Kil”
The property is beautifully designed around the central swimming pool - it really gives a "hacienda" feeling. Staff was very welcoming! We and our friends seemed like the only guests because it was low season. The location is superb and very close to Chichen Itza (+/- 5 minute drive) which enables an early morning visit to Chichen Itza, ahead of the crowds. Very warmly recommended! It is also only 5 minutes away from the famous cenote Ik-Kil.
