Very nice little hotel near Chichen Itza, perfect for overnight before visiting the site. Small pool in a beautiful garden. Parking place. Helpful staff.

We felt most welcome, the pool area is great to relax with beautiful trees and birds. There is coffee in the outdoor area which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful in finding us an official guide to Chichen Itza and not getting scammed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. A/C and fan were excellent. Coffee and cake in the morning was a nice touch.

It was perfect to visit the ruins of Chichén Itza and stayed around, really close to the downtown area

The hotel was lovely, the rating is not based on the hotel. Read more... Pool is small but swimmable. Staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Coffee and muffins provided for breakfast, free of charge. Very close to chichen itza, we walked to the site in 20 minutes the morning after our stay and were the first 2 people into chichen itza. Side note, for chichen itza, arrive around 07:40 and queue on the right hand side booths ( labelled 2 to 4 ). I wouldn't recommend a tour guide, there is lots of information and you can hear snippets when other people get explanations.

Good location to be early in Chichen Itza (it’s 2 minutes away). The free private parking was great. The staff was nice.

“A pleasant stop”

This was a pleasant hotel featuring a small, relaxing swimming pool (the only nice complex in Piste). The breakfast included free coffee/tea and muffins, which, although not advertised, provided all the guests with a perfect start to the day. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop offering easy access to Chichen Itza with just a couple of stops, as well as Merida. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

“Beautiful and illuminated place in front of a pool, near Chichen Itza”

Room is quite big and comfy. The pool in front of the room adds a nice view. We took a sun bath by the pool and it was very nice. There are a couple of parrots hanging around. There was bread with coffee in the morning.

The location was great, staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the pool was great.

The hotel is cozy despite being located on the main road of the town. They provide small complimentary breakfast (coffee and buns) which is a nice touch. The stuff was really helpful in storing our backpacks and calling a taxi for us after the check-out.

It is clean and location is great, we felt safe. Very good value for the money.

Loved the staff who seemed like very nice people. The price was very reasonable for the room and location. It was a nice modern room, with a good shower and comfortable bed. Their luggage storage was useful. It was also good that a pool was available, tho never used. Check-in was also very quick and simple, despite us arriving quite late.

“Gorgeous place to stay within easy reach of Chichen Itza archaeological site”

This is a gorgeous place, comprising a ring of chalets situated around a palm-fringed pool, exuding tropical ambience. I got a lovely clean room with air-conditioning and a spotlessly clean bathroom. There is a small terrace outside so that I could sit by the pool with my morning coffee or a beer in the evening. I came by car and there is secure car parking inside the hotel grounds. There are places to eat within walking distance and a supermarket next door. It is only a couple of miles from Chichen Itza.

The property is a little oasis in the middle of Pisté, walking distance in 20minutes from Chichen Itza. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room has all necessities, and a large & comfy king size bed. Spacious, with mosquito nets and aircon. In the morning there are free coffee and cake available, both very tasty. Plenty of nice places around to grab some tasty food, safe area, car park included within premises.
