“A place not to be recommended”

Save for the kindness of the few staff and the restaurant with basic but decent food, there is nothing enjoyable in the hotel.

It is a hotel that needs a lot of TLC to bring it back to what it should be. Having said that we enjoyed our stay. We had the entire resort to ourselves one night.

Exotic location.

“Interesting place!”

In the middle of the jungle so saw Iguanas, woodpeckers and things maybe I would not like. Had a great meal. Shower and room were great and could taxis easily to Chichen Itza.

There was nothing to our liking unfortunately. It looks like this was once a beautiful spot, but has been poorly taken care of.

The location is simply superb and truly feels like the heart of the Selva Yucateca. The property was clearly designed (and built) as a passion project with an incredible eye for detail and some seriously fun design quirks. Of particular note are the cenote-inspired pool area and the viewpoint, which enjoys incredible views over the top of the tree canopy - and although we couldn’t, we were told that when the trees are trimmed annually, it also provides views of The Temple of the Sun in Chichen-Itza. The waiting staff and the kitchen were excellent! The food was good quality and fairly priced. Thank you fellas for the efforts made!

“A haven of peace and quiet nestled within a forest close to the rather busy & noisy Chichen Itza.”

Health and well being centre nestled within a forest this is about as remote as you can get. Very beautiful gardens and pool with eco at its heart. We loved the place. Restaurant very good. Good size light airy rooms. We only had a one night stay here so didn't find out if they offer any facilities for wellness but I believe a massage room is up and working. A haven of peace and quiet. Staff very helpful. Great stop for early start for Chichen Itza

“Paradise!🌱”

It was absolutely amazing to stay in this jungle hotel far from cities! I celebrated my birthday there and it was like a dream for me. You are surrounded by nature, birds sounds and good vibes. The energy is so beautifull. I enjoyed the view from the roof, you can see the jungle and also the top of the pyramid in Chichen Itzá. Our room was big, with a terasse, hot water was running and everything you need for your stay was available. Amazing restaurant with tasty food and really nice stuff. Very romantic and magic. Go there, if you feel calling. For this price you get a beautifull experience!

“Charming”

Beautifully serene and charming, over a mile into the jungle so fairly isolated. A little tired but the important areas, rooms, pools, restaurant were clean and comfortable. Staff superb and food fresh and delicious. I would imagine if you're into yoga/meditation/tai chi this would be perfect.

“Relaxing in the jungle near Chichin Itza!”

Great! This is a very nice hotel surrounded by jungle. It is very peaceful and a super place to relax! The personnel was very nice, friendly and helpful. It is only 10 min. to Chichin Itza. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant is recommendable!

Breakfast quite enjoyable and hotel in lovely surroundings and very convenient for visiting Chichen Itza etc. Staff very helpful.

Off the beaten track, in the jungle. Beautiful location. Friendly staff, we stayed in a comfortable, super cool ‘bungalow’.

- the remote jungle feel allowed you to get in touch with nature, while the sounds of the birds, the frogs , the crickets all added to the experience - only ten min drive to Chichen Itza

“Okay, for one night”

Hotel located in the forest, peace and quiet. Close to Chichen Itza. Large rooms. We arrived before 3 pm and there was no problem with early check-in. Two nice pools - only few sunbeds at one there were 5, at the other only 1 (there were definitely more guests). The breakfast offer includes fresh fruit, yogurt and muesli.

The atmosphere and being so close to the nature. The pool was super great and the staff was superb

Hotel staff was very nice , unfortunately due to season and hot weather we had so many insect and spiders bugs in our room . It is no fault of the hotel rooms are located at the heart of the forest . At the check out card machine won’t work and hotel won’t accept sterling ( only American dollars) We had to drive to be g town to get cash bank won’t accept English sterling , ATm machine is not English language we had to draw cash from our credit card to pay the bill . It is a very touristic area I would accept atleast bank to operate with all currencies. Hotel manager was very apologetic
