“Accomodation at its Best”

For us this accomodation was perfect to explore Chichen Itza and visit the Cenote Ik Kil. Vanessa and her son helped us to make the most of our stay at Casa Victoria by supplying valuable information, arranging transport and organizing a guided visit to the archelogical site (via their relative Josh). The accomodation itself was great and we enjoyed the pool.

Location - just 10min from Chicken Itza. Very clean and amazing value for money. Very soft towels and strong shower. Good AC. The hosts were very lovely and friendly. They also close the gates for night so your car and you can feel very safe. Lovely garden with plans and a pool.

“A beautiful stay near Chichen Itza with exceptional hospitality”

We stayed at Casa Victoria for one night while visiting Chichen Itza, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute drive, which made getting to the site very easy. We booked the suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. The building itself is very tastefully done, and the interiors are thoughtfully decorated with a really lovely finish. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything worked well — strong air conditioning, good hot water, and reliable Wi-Fi. There is also a small kitchenette, which was quite handy for heating up food. What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange a tour for us, and our guide, Jaime, was fantastic. He picked us up directly from the hotel and had already arranged the tickets in advance, so we could skip the queues and go straight in, which saved a lot of time. Throughout the visit, he explained each temple and point of interest in a clear and engaging way, breaking down the iconography and its meaning so it was easy to follow. What really stood out was how he brought everything to life — especially the Mayan calendar and how the main temple aligns with it. He used photos and simple animations on his iPad to show this visually, which made it much more meaningful than just listening to an explanation. He was extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and also took some lovely photos for us, which he later shared. The hotel also arranged taxis whenever we needed them, which made getting around very easy. On our checkout day, we left our luggage at reception, went for our morning visit to Chichen Itza, and then returned later in the day. They were very accommodating and even allowed us to relax by the pool while we waited for our bus. Overall, a very comfortable and well-run place with outstanding service. Would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Chichen Itza.

They have a pretty garden and friendly hosts, the room is clean, comfortable.

The owner was very nice! They reached out over Whatsapp and always responded fast there. They also made sure to book taxis for us whenever we needed as it’s not easy to get them otherwise. They always cleaned our room and exchanged our towels. Overall, the resort is small and very peaceful.

Conveniently located at the entrance to Pisté and close to the archaeological zone. Free parking at the front. Greeted by smiley hosts, very friendly. Beautiful courtyard with the pool, quiet at night, clean towels, hot water, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room, although smallish and a bit mouldy, was well prepared. There’s a mini fridge in the room (was disconnected when we came). Comfortable one night rest between sightseeings. Great value for money.

A Slice of Heaven at Casa Victoria We had a wonderful two-night stay at Casa Victoria, located just on the outskirts of Piste, only a 10-minute walk into town. This place truly felt like a slice of heaven, with charming casitas arranged around a tranquil pool. It was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The guesthouse is family-owned, and we felt incredibly welcomed by the hosts. Special mention goes to the cheeky cat that loved to come say hello! Key Highlights: The rooms come equipped with a fridge, fantastic air conditioning, and large, comfy beds. Plenty of towels and quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Large shower, hot water, good pressure. The internet is reliable and fast, making it easy to work or browse. The location is ideal, just a short taxi ride from major attractions like Chichen Itza and Cenote Ik Kil. Taxi rides are affordable, and the guesthouse arranges them easily. Every taxi driver knew Casa Victoria, and the town of Piste itself was incredibly friendly. Additional Recommendations: Just a five-minute walk away, there’s a fantastic bakery and various small shops for supplies. On the main street, we highly recommend the Cactus Grill for casual dining. They offer tasty, affordable meals like tacos, burritos & burgers and great service. Casa Victoria is truly a gem with only six casitas, making it easygoing and relaxing. Being so close to Chichen Itzá and other local attractions we also think it is incredible value for money. We could easily stay here for a week! The family running it has done a fantastic job, and we wish them all the best. They were super helpful. We’d highly recommend staying here—absolutely fantastic, 10 out of 10!

“Amazing stay in Pisté, perfect for Chichen Itza”

I stayed here last week with four friends while visiting Chichén Itzá, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is ideal, just a 40 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the site (we drove, which was equally convenient). The hosts and their family were wonderful, spoke perfect English, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even picking up mosquito spray for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well protected from mosquitoes, and the pool was spotless and refreshing. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay for our trip.
