“Travelodge by Windham is an excellent hotel choice in Chicage, definitely value for money.”

The location of Travelodge by Windham is superb, very near the Grant Park and the Bean. Our room was spacious and had 2 separate beds which gave us more comfort.

Location is very central. Toilet was clean. Room was also clean.

The room was big, decently clean and the hotel amenities were good. It's in a convenient location with subway staitons and grocery stores within walking distance. There are a lot of good places to eat nearby, and you get easy connectivity to all touristy locations in the downtown and south Loop areas. The area is safe at night as it's located near many universities, so there are a lot of security cameras in place everywhere. The staff is warm and polite, and will give you a nice smile and a greet every time you enter or exit the hotel.

Excellent location, with luggage storage available. Room was huge, clean and nice toiletries in bathroom.

This hotel offers good value for money, but one of the security staff members was very unpleasant. I don’t understand why he felt it was appropriate to joke about guests without considering whether it might be offensive, even using such behavior to try to show a sense of humor to other women he was interested in. In addition, although the front desk staff were polite, they were unable to provide accurate assistance or effective solutions, and instead kept guests waiting, which wasted time. I hope the hotel can strengthen its staff training.

Big bed, all the people at the reception desk were nice and helpful The lamp on the desk could be reached from the bed - you can get cosy and then turn off the lights, silly but helpful

The room is huge for one person, even for two. Nice view. It is very cozy. I liked and used the kichenette.
