If you want to be near the University of Chicago, you cannot beat this location. We love the hotel´s subdued luxurious feel and decor, the peace and quiet and the spacious rooms. Breakfast is not included, but there are plenty of good options at their restaurant.

At the heart of UChicago and very convenient to visit my student.

“Lovely hotel with excellent facilities in a good location for Campus”

The Study is well located for a visit to the UChicago campus. The facilities are all excellent. The room was large with lovely views. The gym was a good size with all the necessary basic equipment.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Well presented facilities. Overall, a very comfortable stay. I was visiting University of Chicago, so the location was very convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful with retrieving my passport that I had left behind in the safe in the room.

The vibe and design of this place is very academic , that’s what I like most. The parking was easier to find than in other area of Chicago, the surroundings feels safe, and mostly people around are from or for this educational facility

If I could give this property 11/10 I would They exceeded my expectations in every way Staff, facilities, style, cleanliness and an incredible restaurant! This couldn't be any more perfect and it shows that you don't have to spend oodles of money to have 5 star accommodations

Best place to stay next to UChicago

“A modern comfortable hotel that has a relaxed loby and bar. Perfect for visiting the University.”

The study is modern clean and comfortable and is in a great location for anyone wanting to visit UChicago or its students. It is a great base for walks to various parts of the campus and the upper floors have good views. The rooms are large with comfortable beds, circulation space and good bathrooms. A particular interest are the many bookshelves placed in the lobby and in each of the rooms. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but morning coffee is served free in the lobby in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Street parking outside is free and very convenient but can be busy during the working day - no need to pay for hotel parking. There is a well equipped Gym.

Close to campus, very well maintained.

The property was clean, the staff were exceedingly helpful. Microwave and coffee machine on request - they were promptly delivered though i had arrived in the middle of the night

Location is inside the UChicago Campus and this is awesome. Staff at the front desk are super efficient and helpful. Always welcoming with a smile, rare to see this anywhere!!
