“Cozy house, comfortable and welcoming”

We had a really wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was very comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The location is excellent—very close to the city center and just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around and explore. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was fresh and satisfying. The welcome service and overall hospitality were great, making us feel at home right away. The property was stylish, modern and conveniently located for easy access to Downtown Chicago. Walking distance to the L train and buses could also be used. The Manager/host Jose was on hand to provide information and great breakfast each morning. Our room was modern, very comfortable with a huge bed, large en-suite shower and there was a balcony too. On Road parking was busy but luckily managed to move our car to almost outside the property.

Good quiet residential location just outside Downtown, but close to good bar and restaurants. Loved the breakfasts and open snacks fridge.

Beautiful town hall with a big kitchen. Bedding is very comfortable and bathroom is well renovated.

The house and our host, Kevin, and his staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The house has a warm, elegant and charming character set in a tree line street. It’s set close to everything: we walked to all attractions. Kevin was so helpful with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. It was luxurious and personal experience nothing like the bland hotels we have stayed in - an elegant home away from home. Breakfast was generous and the kitchen available for anything we needed. We recommend it highly and would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Sono. It’s such a charming place, we felt like home. The hotel is located on a very quiet street, but at the same time it is very close to the local amenities and to the city. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Chicago.

Staff was super friendly and nice, always willing to help. Breakfast 10/10, a lot of options and very yummy. The style of the hotel is amazing, and very cosy. We used the shared spaces a lot and always felt confortable. I woul ddefinitely stay here again!
