“Enjoyable stay, would not be my first choice if visiting Chicago again”

Good location with a large room. Rooms feel a bit DYI. For the cost of rooms in this hotel I would prefer to pay a bit extra and go somewhere more elevated.

Excellent location ! Friendly staff. Nice room although could benefit from having a little bit more space to store luggage and clothes. Chris, the dining manager went above and beyond ! I had an important board meeting and he kindly put the private dining room at my disposal at 6:00am in the morning ! Thank you Chris 😎

Amazing all round experience. Leo and the reception team were very friendly and professional. Great gym, I feel like it's under utilised down there, but was perfect for me. Loved the in-room coffee and even the train noises weren't too disruptive! Will recommend.

The Emily Hotel's location was great, super close to the subway to go to the more touristy areas, and the neighborhood was full of hip bars and restaurants. I stayed here for the Chicago marathon and has a super easy access to the event with the subway. The staff was very nice, i got to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was very spacious and clean and had many amenities. I got a welcome card with some snacks and water which was a very nice touch. The only negatives were the view (I had a view over a ventilation system on which people where working so I kept the blinds closed) which didn't really matter as i was out exploring the city during the day and the lack of slippers (as I forgot to bring my all). All in all I had a great experience and these two small negative points didn't really affect my trip. Most importantly, the room was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Good location, many restaurants and bars nearby. Not too far from center of Chicago. Nice room with enough place for a longer stay.

The reception staff were excellent, especially Leo who went out of his way on a number of occasions. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was also excellent, the rooms were very clean.
