this is not a hotel - it is a series of bedrooms off an uninviting corridor on the 40th floor of an office bloc, no proper reception, no facilities and the room was old, dirty, paint chipped, dreary and plain

The security and cleanliness made for a very comfortable stay in Chicago. I felt like I was straight out of Home Alone!

There was a foul smell that came from the toilet area. It smelled like sewer gas backing up through the toilet. I didn't notice it until the 3rd day but my wife noticed it immediately. I don't smell odors as much as she does.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Spacious room. Great view.

Location was great but I can see how it would be troublesome for those not from the area. 10-15 minute walk to all the main shops/attractions/restaurants for downtown. Rooms are very spacious with excellent views. Breakfast was great too with a good choice each morning. Felt extremely secure and comfortable staying here, and can’t beat the value! All the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

“Excellent Hotel/Location”

Excellent hotel with amazing panoramic views over the city of Chicago. The subway entrance is close to the side entrance of the hotel, which provides easy access to all of the city's attractions. If you are into walking, the park and lake front are not too far away, with Navy Pier at one end of the park, and, Soldier Field, the Planetarium, & the Aquarium at the other end. All in all it's a great hotel, within easy reach of everything Chicago has to offer.

the hotel is located on the topmost floor of a business complex, so it does not have the feel of a regular hotel and can also be very quiet and lonely after the close of work. also, the surrounding environment was not conducive to walking once it was dark

“Beautiful view of the city”

Wonderful hotel, close to the city center, everything is within walking distance, and there’s a direct metro line to the airport. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the photos on the website fully match reality. But the best part is the panoramic view of the city from the window — I didn’t even feel like going out :)

The view was the best part And I liked the access to the guest lounge even though the coffee and “breakfast” was mediocre.
