Hotel could not keep luggage after checking out until 10 am which meant having to wait. Breakfast was very poor for this type of hotel. Front desk appeared understaffed

Close to Lake and Magnificent Mile. Good access to buses and metro. Freshly prepared scrambled eggs for breakfast. Got a suite with walk-in shower as requested on one of the top floors.
