The room was spacious and had all the kitchen equipment that allowed you to prepare in-home meals, do your laundry and ironing....good instructions on how to access the TV. Also the APP instruction on accessing the building, elevator and apartment was good.

The location is right in the heart of the city. It's an older, classic five-story building. The apartment was spacious and nicely laid out. A long bath at the end long day was great.

Online staff at both Booking.com and Sonder were hopeless at dealing with my request to be allocated a quieter room at the rear of the building away from the over street railroad tracks. It did get sorted eventually, but not before I made a complaint. There are no staff in attendance at the venue so everything had to be done via WebChat / instant messaging and they were useless, bouncing me between Booking.com and Sonder. 0/10 for customer service. Everything had to be done via WebChat and it's impossible to get through on the phone to speak to a real person.

The accommodation reflected the standards I would expect from Sonder - clean, well-maintained and well-supplied. A very convenient location with outstanding transport links. For a shorter stay, I might have rated it at 8 or even 9 but see my comments on noise...

The stylish room, the facilities and equipment, the keyless security and bed comfort were great. The location to The Bean, Riverwalk, Park, Stadium and magnificent Mile was perfect. The cafes and restaurants surrounding the property were great.

Location was great, although noisy (which I expected - "L" trains rumbling past pretty much throughout the night).

The location was good for our purposes. It was well equipped and the washer and drier worked well.
