When we being the airport, try to call the hotel how can get the shuttle bus, no body answer the phone, can’t seek for help. Later we get the ulber there.

“Minor inconveniences at a high price”
The room is clean. Once, the sink drain got clogged, but the staff fixed it on the same day I reported it without any fuss. The accommodation is in a relatively good location. If the bus runs on time, it is close to Midway Station, and from there you can take the orange line to downtown. There is a large Walmart within walking distance, if needed.

I forgot my sunglass in there and they said we didnt find anything on your room. I definitely know that i forget it at the desk on my room but they said we are sorry. I hope they will talk with their staff and send my glasses back to me

“Pitiful”
Room was dirty and had ants. Room service never showed the 2nd day and I had to get fresh towels from housekeeping that didn't speak English

“A Good Budget Choice”
A good size room which was warm and comfortable with large beds. The shower was hot and the TV was a good size for the room. There was a cosy communal lounge to relax in and free coffee available all day. Location was good for bus 54B to Midway across the road. Plenty of choices to eat in the area, Taco Bell, Fridays etc.
