They charged me twice. I paid in advance before my stay, and then they charged me a second time for the same amount. I didn't give them my payment card; they did it through Booking. They haven't replay my messages for a month. Give me my money back!

“Reasonably priced, short drive to downtown”
This is a motel relatively close to downtown Chicago by car for half the price of medium-priced hotels. If you are not traveling for pleasure, just spend a few hours with sleeping at night, you can save a lot on parking and accommodation costs. Folks working here are kind and ready to help
