The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ideal for our family of 4 in terms of space. The amenities, though rather basic, worked well. Included breakfast was OK.

“A complete lack of hospitality and professional respect”

I wouldn’t even classify this hotel as part of the hospitality industry. I have stayed in countless hotels worldwide, and I have never felt so disrespected as a guest. Upon arrival, I was told they would try to provide an early check-in, so I waited in the lobby. There were over 10 people in the same situation, including elderly guests and pregnant women. We were told rooms were being cleaned and would be released as they became ready. Curiously, at 3 PM, every single room 'magically' became available at the same time, forcing a massive crowd to check in at once. The most upsetting part was the staff's behavior: the receptionists spent the entire time chatting and laughing at the situation, making zero effort to assist or welcome the guests. There is a profound lack of respect and basic hospitality here. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Continental breakfast so nothing special but better than nothing! Location is quite good, easy to walk to Union station, next to Canal street so enjoy the landscape

The breakfast area was too small to accommodate and you had to queue for way too long.we ended up taking the breakfast on paper plates to our room and the food was inedible...absolutely disgusting. When i returned to the breakfast area and spoke with the staff i was greeted with a grunt and she took the food and dumped it in the bin.no apology or anything.
