Great staff!

Great location, the area seems safe as well. Spectacular views at the skyline. The room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, stovetop, and sink, making it very easy to prepare meals. Hotel offers good breakfast, highchairs for babies are available (you can also ask for one to be delivered to your room which is great for parents!). The breakfast team was absolutely wonderful, kind and welcoming! Huge shout-out to Jeremiah and Lacey for making everyone at breakfast feel so warmly welcomed. They were incredibly helpful, took the time to chat with guests, and did a wonderful job entertaining the children. What touched us the most was their genuine kindness and warmth towards the kids, it was truly special and rare to see. The whole experience was absolutely lovely - thank you so, so much!

“Good and expensive”

The location is outstanding. It’s invaluable. The staff in the breakfast area were also super friendly and talkative, always trying to help customers. There was a Mexican girl, who was so sweet, nice, and professional. I think the guy named Jeremiah deserves a shoutout!! I had the studio room and it was big and comfortable. There is a cleaning service every day, which was also nice! The view was awesome

“Average hotel close to downtown”

The staff in the breakfast area were amazing. Lacey and Jeremiah were so nice and really worked hard to find seating for people. They cleaned plates and trays from our table and were so kind and hard working. They were exceptional! Aida, our housekeeper was fantastic as well.

“Since years the same”

Always friendly and ready to help. Every day two bottles of free water in the room would be great. I missed the chocolate for breakfast and the frozen fruits (blackberries, mango,...) like in the past

“A place that I really liked”

All the staff here are friendly. And the sixth floor of the lounge is very well decorated. The sausage is absolutely delicious for breakfast. We had marmalade jam, bagels and waffles. And soft eggs. We had a great breakfast every morning. It was especially nice to have breakfast in our room. And I tied it up in the city view, and the view was amazing. Thank you for your care about the cleaning. Actually, I had the hotel key in my wallet, which was stolen. I was nervous that the thief had come all the way to the hotel. But that day, the hotel visit was open. I was so surprised that when I went to the lounge, he put on a supervisor who looked strong. His name was Ron. He checked out a room where it could be dangerous. And I lost my card key, and he changed my card without extra charge... The bottom line was that the door was a little loose because it was old. Ron and the waitress at the counter were so nice.. If I ever come back, I really want to tie it up again. And I left my things behind, and I took care of them, too. This is a hotel where I really felt it was kind of you to do things like this. I was very reassured and grateful. And it was even a room with a kitchen, and pots and forks were already in the room, and the sofa and bed were too soft.

Kitchenette with separate dining table and chairs, kitchen appliances with dishwasher and detergent, microwave stovetop range and utensils, cookware, flatware, glasses, dishes, TV, Laundry via room key access, breakfast included and private bathroom with needed supplies of toilet tissue, bathing toiletries, paper towel holder and paper towels, clock radio, etc. amenities in hotel and of my preferred booked services specialized for me and made available to all guests staying at this hotel and of my suite.
