The room I stayed in was at the 12 floor. There was a large bed and very cozy kitchen corner with all the comfort (microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge). Lot of space in the room, big tv, sofa and nice view. The bathroom has the shower and the wc separate from the rest; everything was clean and modern. WiFi worked perfectly. Shoutout to the staff in the breakfast room who were always kind and attentive.

We came back to our room one evening to find that no housekeeping had been done. When we enquired we were told that housekeeping is not done everyday, contrary to what is stated in their room info "for your comfort, housekeeping services are provided daily"

We spent 5 nights in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The location near a subway station. The breakfast was really good and a special thank you to Annette ( the very nice lady at the breakfast) who was super nice with us and our daughter. She made the 10/10 !

“Very pleasant”

excellent location, great room (maybe a bit too big). The fridge and the microwave came into regular use. The laundry room is very convenient too. Polite and helpful staff.

We stayed in a room on the 18th floor, and it cost us $650 for two nights (since it was off-season). Overall, we liked everything about the hotel, but there were no disposable toothbrushes or bathrobes. There was also no drinking water in the room, the fridge was empty, and there was no minibar. We had to either go to the gym for water or to the self-service store on the 4th floor near the reception desk. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. We also liked the gym. To make it perfect, the furniture in the hotel rooms needs to be updated. The staff was great and helped us a lot.

Excellent, quiet (as requested) corner suite in contemporary style. Fully equipped kitchen area. Additional bonus was pleasant urban views on both aspects.

Everyting was very good, as we already knew. This is our reason to come back here, when we visit Chicago for a few days.

The room has plenty of space. The gym has what one needs. The atmosphere is good too.
