“Perfect location in Chicago.”
Great location in Chicago near everything and many different subway stations. Perfect for taking the subway to Wrigley Field. Big room.

“Good location, kitchen is big "help"”
I got free late check out, which was "life saver" thank you!. Kitchen is nice in the room. Location close to "all". Fresh oranges and apples on breakfast and pancake machine. "King suite with view" was on 15th floor, nice view. Room spacious! Only staff member who gave you smile was concierge on ground floor. But we had great stay afterall.

“Room and overall hotel experience superb, service and staff could've done better”
The room was really big and met our expectations, the city view was amazing especially at night, the kitchen was well fitted for our purposes, the hotel was quite in general, air conditioning was very good. Location is great, we've done everything by foot, there's great bars and restaurants in less than 5 min walk from the hotel.

“Good for short stays”
Location is unbeatable, the breakfast is good (nothing fancy). The only issue is that they charge you for early check in ad that the main door is unattended 85% of the time, I was actually scared to be waiting by the elevators.

“Awful personnel”
Recently I have booked a room at this hotel. After I had my flight cancelled, I sent a message to the staff, informing them of this. However, when I arrived, they told me the reservation had been cancelled, and they couldn't do anything about it. I explained the situation to them, and I was told they wouldn't do anything to help, and said I should sort everything out with the Booking platform. Horrible, entitled staff.
