“Modern hotel with large rooms and huge beds!”
Lovely reception area on arrival and an in-hotel Starbucks which was convenient. Very big room that felt very swish, modern decor and a huge bed which was lovely after a long travel day. Very nice reception staff too.

“Great location but hotel room/facilities/amenities definitely NOT giving the value of a Hilton brand”
The location is excellent, especially for someone attending conferences at the McCormick Place so it's a walking distance either internally from within the hotel with the bridge connecting to the convention halls or outside just a few blocks of walking distance.

It was easy to get to and from the convention center. We were in a room near the elevator and it wasn't as loud as I expected.

“Location is good. WiFi horrible slow unless you pay $20/day extra on top of the $300/day room rate.”
It's very close to McCormick Place and even has a bridge, so you don't have to leave the building.

I didn't participate in breakfast plan - I would add to this survey is that front desk staff Mr. Roman was such a pleasant to meet - he was very pleasure to me. He asked all the questions I needed to know and extend valuable info I needed to travel around the city of Chicago along with best restaurants to eat in.
