“Glorious views and a beautiful location.”

Convenient for the museums and galleries. A 25 minute pleasant walk to the riverfront along the park. We had a corner room at the front so a super view to the lake.

phone didn't work in room we were unable to contact the front desk. mold in the shower area , also no shampoo in shower, only conditioner and soap. when we put the water on it made a high pitched screeching noise... last the hot tub had a brown filth around approximately 1/4 around. this not only looked gross but it made the bubbles over there look brown... just disgusting. we stay at many Hilton this by far was not my best experience . we did give complaints before leaving and were basically told we can see what we can do but you booked through a third party. not ever staying here again

Needed a place for one night in Chicago. Booked through hotwire. It worked perfectly for what I needed. Location is excellent. Hotel room comfortable. Fitness room great. No complaints.

The hotel is well-situated. It is fairly close to the Shedd Aquarium, Chinatown, Millenium park, etc. The rooms were clean and decent too. I appreciate that I could control the temperature in my room easily. There was a microwave, keurig and mini fridge in the room, as well as an iron and an ironing board. These are always handy to have.
