“This was our first time in Chicago and it was amazing! Thank you to all staff members!”
I liked that the hotel has cruelty-free products, the breakfast every day was delicious and the staff was always very kind and friendly, the room was always clean and warm. They have the option of a water dispenser.

The hotel is right in the city center. It's close to everything. Everything is within walking distance. It also has spacious rooms. The room was clean.

“Overpriced and overrated, but generally good and the room quite nice.”
The location of the hotel was great. Waffle maker was nice. The rooms were clean and made nicely. You could leave you bags at the desk after check out.
