Sleeping comfort is important when staying in a hotel, but taking a shower is also very important. On the last day of my stay, the hot water did not work and I was unable to take a bath. For this reason, I would like a refund of my last day's charge.

Location was good, but hard to find the front of the hotel when entering the parking lot since there are three hotels that share the parking lot.

That are rooms were right in front of the elevator which we heard all night along with crying children below us. And the charge to park of $22. I do not recall reading anywhere about a charge to park.
