“Good stay”
Comfortable hotel located about 25 min walk from the city center, in a quiet area near the train station. The room was very spacious and overall the hotel was in very good shape. Has a gym and a pool, which is nice. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast was very average. the bathroom in my room wasnt that clean, vanity unit was dirty. not a great hotel for the money paid compared to others i've stayed in. swimming pool was less than 10 metres long.

“9/10 very good hotel”
Cleanliness, good breakfast, very large room and bathroom, friendly staff, black out blinds in the room. West loop location was excellent for a wedding I was attending. Close to many restaurants on Randolph st. 20 minutes to MDW airport in light traffic.
