“One thing I liked only a location and restaurant staffs.”
Location is very good and staff is very polite, but the price for this hotel with it’s convenience very high.

“Great location, nice view, comfy room, US-standard breakfast”
Great downtown location, close to many sights, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable, had a fantastic view. Having breakfast included was also a great feature. The staff we interacted with were all very nice, very professional and helped us with all our needs and asks. Providing luggage storage without extra fee until we could check in was also extremely helpful.

“Very Good Stay.”
The staff at breakfast were very nice, helpful and friendly and they gave me suggestions on what to do in Chicago. The hotel staff in general were also very nice and helpful. The design and layout of the room was very nice.

Very good location close to subway, delicious continental breakfast with a great customer service received from Fanny and Javier 🙂. Confortable bed, clean room including bathroom, coffee machine in our room.

“Great location and friendly staff - Note: Rooms only cleaned every second day!”
The hotel is extremly well located in the center of downtown River North. Hotel offes valet service with parking at acceptable cost. Breakfast is good and staff at check-in extremly friendly. Happely surprised!
