“Very enjoyable”
Ogunde at reception was fantastic. A very warm welcome and greating. Did everything he could to make me feel comfortable at the hotel. The hotel location is just simply fantastic. Bike hire is on the same road and everywhere is walkable. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax in as well.

The location was great in an interesting neighborhood 1 subway stop from Wrigley Field. It is an older hotel kind of tucked into the streetscape but we had 2 rooms and everything was spotless. very comfortable bed with the best duvets on our trip. very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Hotel is very convenient for L train, although station was close enough to hear trains arriving/departing from bedroom. Comfortable room and bed.

“In a city full of impersonal and overpriced hotels where staff are sometimes too “corporate”, this hotel shines brightly”
Great location on Belmont, right next to the train station for Brown and Red Lines. Also close to Wrigley Field, Lakeshore Park and plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc in the vicinity. The hotel has a great vibe. The staff obviously take a pride in their work and are both helpful and courteous. Hot coffee always available in the lobby helped get each day off to a flying start

“cool location, Rude staf, no breakfast served although booked, shabby bathroom. Lot of noise.”
Superb location, looks great. But when take a closer look, the premises need tlc. Very large room, but noisy. Very rude stafmember behind front desk. booked a room with breakfast, but during check in we were told that they were not serving breakfast 'due to covid'. update the information on you page, and adjust the prices. overal experience: ok but not recommendable.

After we checked out, the hotel charged $4.41 to my card with no explanation or receipt. I have been emailing them but no reply. We didnt consume the snacks or drinks, I just want to know why.
