“Unsafe neighborhood, horrible experience”
There were intoxicated people loitering directly in front of the property which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable to stay there with our young kids. We did not check-in due to this reason and informed booking.com as well as the property owner right away yet they charged us the entire amount of 700$. The owner had verbally promised a refund for the next day over the call but we ended up receiving only 100$ back.

The house was clean and despite its age beautiful on the outside and renovated. Everything we want to visit was close.
