“One apartment that ticks all the boxes”

The apartment is on the first floor of the house. You get into the flat over external wooden stairway. The yard and the surroundings don't reflect the nicely decorated and equiped appartment which was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, no matter long or short. There were also drinks kept cool in the fridge for the arrival. There were also many spices available such as vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper not to mention coffee machine (Keurig) with plenty of pods. Both bathrooms had all the necesities and plenty of towells. Our stay was upgraded with great owners which were always there for us for any advice or information. At the end of our stay they came to say goodbye and even gave us a souvenir. Thank you, Senada and Sabrija.

The place was exactly like the photos the beds were comfortable but small.

It is closeby the city and very quiet area. It was a home feeling and very nice and clean. Well equipped!

“Home away from home”

The house is amazing, great beds great appliances, great rooms, Good parking, nice bathroom, toilet, has everything you need for a family of 6 lots of utilities, towels, tissues, it honestly felt like I was at home.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious (i think it can accomodate 6 people at least), very clean and finetuned in all the details. The beds were very comfortable. Tge only disanvatage of the house is that is far from the city center but this is easily solved with an uber to the nearest red line station. Our hosts were very polite and helpful.

We loved the flat - the space and decor. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Location was great for us. Safe and quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking options. Loved the porch. Would recommend and visit again when in Chicago. Thanks for hosting!

Every detail has been considered to make you feel at home. It has everything a house should have. The decoration is very nice and relaxing. The beds are comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean. Ventilation works well. It was fun to watch movies on the big screen TV. Wi-fi provides very fast internet. The location of the house is very close to the city. You can reach the city center in approximately 20 minutes by car. You can park your car in the private parking lot at the back. There is a seating area on the back balcony. Very useful in nice weather. If I go to Chicago again, I will definitely stay here.

“Fabulous house, very comfortable in a great location.”

We are a family of 6 from New Zealand and stayed here for three nights, I wish we had time to stay longer! So clean, so much space, comfy beds and lovely shower, the area felt safe. It was everything we needed. Great to have our own parking space and also the washing machine and drier. Host was super helpful when we needed her. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We also got very excited to see a wild deer in someone’s front yard very close by! Very highly recommend and thank you so much to the lovely host.

“Wonderful place to stay on the North Side!”

Excellent apartment. Very nicely furnished and complete with all the amenities a tenant could need. A lovely neighborhood, safe and clean. The private parking spot in the back of the property was a lifesaver, as the street parking has a tendency to fill up early in the evening. The host, whom we actually met with during our stay, is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the Windy City.
