Overall a very nice hotel in the very midst of the loop. Not luxurious, but absolutely solid. All sights in Chicago downtown are in walking distance, for other destinations, there are several metro stations closeby. Many restaurants and breakfast opportunities in walking distance. Very friendly staff.

“Only Pineapple Dessert First”
The bathroom mirror was nice, the television position was weirdly placed by great to have to listen and watch the current Chicago weather report and know the current Chicago time. Also, the closet space was good and the helpful unknown foreigner and a foreign female waitress was temporarily liked.

In my opinion hotel has a good value for money. Very well located in walking distance from downtown, also public transport available nearby. Room was small but cosy. I love the taps with filtered water! Also, the staff is very nice and helpful.

The location is convenient and central, which makes getting around Chicago easy. The staff was responsive and tried to help when issues were raised.
