They welcomed us and served us very well. The concept of the Canopy brand is really something different, talking about decoration, furniture, accommodation. The hotel is very well located too and close to Chicago Riverwalk, Millenium Park, Chicago River, restaurants, bakeries and more. The Skydeck is about 100 meters away. I’ll come back again

Great location in downtown, close to train stations and walking distance from many city landmarks. Room is spacious and comfy with plenty of natural light. Staff helpful even for post check out request I made.

“Modern and comfortable.”
Modern and comfortable. I was able to secure an upgrade at a discounted price so the room was fantastic. On the 14th floor. Spacious and beautifully furnished. Loved the location. Close to Union Station. Plenty of eating places nearby. I was given a late check-out (1pm) for free. Outstanding.

Great location in Chicago loop, close to Union Station and L Train for access by public transport. Spotless room with soundproofed windows, and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Made for 10/10 stay.

“A really pleasant hotel in a super location”
The hotel is in a great location - literally opposite the Willis (Sears if you’re local!) Tower, a couple of blocks from the train station, a brief stroll from the riverwalk and right in the heart of the financial district (many of the on-foot architectural tours start in this part of town). The rooms in the hotel are clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, while the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

“Superb and stunning!!”
The views in our corner room were breathtaking. The decor, bathroom, bed and all facilities were of exceptional quality and good taste. The bed was very comfortable. We had drink and a light meal at the bar which was very perfectly prepared, in fact it might have been one of the best pieces of steak I have ever had.
