We had a very nice stay at the Arlo Chicago. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the first moment. We felt very welcome when we arrived. A special thank you to Ali and Antoine from the front office team for their kindness and support during our visit. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel and really enjoyed our time here.

Room was beautiful, modern, clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was Amazing! Best shower I've ever had. Location was good. Restaurant / bar was great.

Room was very comfortable Could benefit from drapes to give a cozier feeling and to block out noise. Carpeting the rooms could also alter the acoustics dramatically. Staff are amazing

“Superb location, comfy rooms, friendly staff”
The location is outstanding, right opposite the Bean, near the Art Institute of Chicago, and in the heart of everything. It’s close to all the shops and places to eat. Plus, there’s a Starbucks 10 seconds away that opens at 5am for those who are jet-lagged, although the coffee machine in the room is a great option too. The beds were very comfy, the room was a nice size, and the view was great. We ate/drank in the bar a few times and Erica was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location. Near the subway, with multiple restaurant options, and most landmarks are within working distance. The staff were friendly and the hotel very clean.

The hotel did not change my sheets, I was forced to sleep in a bed with blood all over the sheets until I saw reception the next day and had to specifically ask for the sheets to be changed. In addition, the hotel has not adhered to the advertised terms of my booking in which $15 credit was to be applied toward food/ beverage daily. More than one week from leaving the hotel this has not been resolved and the hotel has not applied the advertised refund despite my repeated request. Very disappointing experience.
