I really liked this hotel! The first time I stayed with this chain was in New York, and now in Chicago. It’s very conveniently located — right in the city center, and you can easily walk everywhere from the hotel. They gave me a high floor as I requested, which was very nice. My hairdryer also broke, and they kindly replaced it with a new one for free. The view from the window was beautiful, and the room was spacious. Honestly, it’s definitely worth the price. There’s also a huge grocery store nearby. My deposit was returned within half a day. There’s a beautiful bar downstairs, and the street where the hotel is located is clean and full of cafés. As a solo travel blogger, it was a pleasure to stay here.

“Really enjoyed our stay”
We really enjoyed our recent stay…The staff were very friendly and accommodating.. The rooms were big and spacious and also very clean.. I felt we were within walking distance to everything and also had the option of public transport if needed which was very easy to navigate

The location was ideal, just a 5 minute walk from Michigan Avenue. Nice big room and bathroom, the pool was a bonus and having a bar, pool table and shop onsite was great.
