“Good hotel for visiting downtown Chicago”
The location is ideal. Overall, there’s not much to complain about. The room was in a good condition, and the staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant, were very friendly and attentive.

“Never back to this place”
They have one of the worst in front office. I have arrived late and take half hour to check in because she trying to get money again even my reservation already paid. No response for any help needed.
