“Perfect Stay Near Chiba Station”

It’s just a 5-minute walk from Chiba Station. On the way, there’s a drugstore and a 7-Eleven, so the walk never feels boring. The hotel itself is absolutely perfect. The room was very clean, and the public bath was excellent. I relaxed there every evening after a long day. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was wonderful. The coffee was especially good. If I come back to Chiba again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

“A nice bath, service and a good location”

Hotel was just a few minutes walk away from the Chiba station, and there were konbinis nearby, as well as restaurants. I liked that it was a mainly Japanese hotel and they used the automated check-in and were helpful with familiarising us with the process. The public bath was big and well-maintained with a steam room -- so relaxing and warming after a day out in winter. Breakfast was a mix of local and Western options offering a small variety of freshly made and delicious options each day. I liked the room design which was sufficient space for our 2 large suitcases. Bed was comfy and hotel was very clean.

Perfect ubication, good service and great onsen in the hotel. Free coffee every morning and after the bath at the onsen you could take an ice cream to complement the experience.

“Memorable and Great Stay”

The hotel is very good. Our stay with our kids has been exceptional, everyone in the hotel are helpful and provides good service. We are also able to forward our luggages to Tokyo via the hotel, they have been very helpful. Breakfast options are excellent, we love it. Free flowing drinks is the highlight for my kids who loves to get their hot or iced cocoa when they can. The public bath is very clean. I especially love spending time in the steam sauna while waiting for our laundry. Lastly, location is just good. Train station is nearby and a lot of nearby places to dine and shop.

I had an excellent experience. The staff were warm and professional. The rooms, bathroom, and hotel were clean, well-equipped, and fresh. The breakfast had excellent options and variety. The location was convenient as it is close to a monorail station.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Close to the train station and a good location even when you visit the Makuhari Convention Center. Easy travel the the centre, around 20 minutes

We stayed in the queen bed room. Many said that queen rooms are smaller than twin rooms. However our room had space to open one large luggage which I think was not too bad. Our room came had a small bathtub in the toilet. Additionally, there is an electric back massager in the room. And there is even public bath available.
