Really good value hotel. Good sized room and although the hotel probably hasn't changed much since about 1987 it is well maintained.

“Big spacious rooms with easy access to JR station and highways”
(1) Its location in a quiet area among the tall chiba office towers. It has a big AEON mall within 10 min walk which has a small food court on its 2nd level on one side and another shopping mall linked to a JR station on the other. No issues getting food & beverages until 10pm everday. It was easy to get onto highway to/from Tokyo via the bayshore expressway. (2) Staff professionalism - its parking garage has an attendant every time even if we return to the hotel late (like midnight). The uncle always attended to us with a smile although with limited English. The reception staff could communicate in English and were always polite. (3) Big spacious rooms that allow us to open our luggages fully on the floor and even accommodate a 3rd bed. Value for money compared to the small Tokyo hotel rooms!

“Relaxing near Kaihinmakuhari Station”
Good location in Chiba - accessible to Tokyo. Narrow yet comfortable room. Very close to Kaihinmakuhari station. Lots of shops nearby.
