“Convinience to get around with reasonable price.”
The location is superb. Just in front of the Chiba Station West exit. Easy to access trains and move around. There is also shopping area e.g Sogo, Big Camera on walking distance. Right outside the hotel is 7E, Daiso, Lawson and other convinience store

Close to convenience stores and had microwave + fridge for my food and drinks. Luggage storage was very helpful for being able to run around the city.

“Just below the Chiba metro station and good for those who need to travel to narita airport”

“Disappointed”
Check in was not pleasant. Towels were stained. Beds in the twin room were pushed together , so this is not suitable for sharing the room. There was space in room but nowhere to sit, unless on bed or one single small stool.

The room, bathroom and other facilities were all clean. The location was perfect. It’s just in front of the station but wasn’t loud at all.

“Happy staying”
We loved our room which was clean, 2 good size single beds. Especially a separate bath and toilet, also the basin was an excellent large size with a big mirror too. A microwave in own room is the fantastic. We’ll come back in future.

“A value for money stay in a convenient location”
Very close to the train station. A comfortable stay convenient and good value . The room was a little restricted but had all the required facilities.

Lovely location, with a view to see the Skytree from both the Room and the bathroom, prefect for a short stay for anyone from around the world, especially Otaku culture lovely due to it location, off load the goodie bought nearby and just keep Shopping!

Very comfy beds. Nice sized bath and shower. It was very clean. We had a late check-in, but the staff were very helpful.
