“Very underated hotel, first choice to stay in makuhari/chiba”
Very strategic location, have everything in walking distance. Extremely kind staff, very pleasant stay. Will help hold your luggage when arrive earlier than check in set time, and send straight in your room when room is ready. Can’t ask for better than this!

“Overall the staff were very helpful but the room and facilities really need an upgrade.”
Staff were helpful, I did not have my card with me to take cash out to pay for the accommodation as I was thinking I will pay it online when I arrived around 8pm but the staff were very helpful when I gave them the option of paying in full in the following day with cash instead of the card. Great location, not far from the Kaihimmakuhari station and other restaurants and shopping malls. There is a bus that leaves every hour for the Narita airport. There are bus services from the Narita airport to the hotel, just pay a 1,000 yen for the trip.

“Great breakfast buffet”
The hotel had a great breakfast selection, with lots of different selections of Japanese and western dishes. The rooms, although old, were clean and the views were good compared to hotels in more urban areas in Japan.
