Friendliness of staff

Really good location, close to the station and malls, restaurants, parks. Big room with sea views, and it was good to be able to open windows. The restaurant on the 14th floor was lovely, with a view of Mt Fuji on a clear day.

“Very conveninet to attend events in the messe”

The location is good, near Makuhari Messe, with enough shops and restaurante in the area, and a train station to get into Tokyo in just 90 minutes. The breakfast was good, both with Western and Asian choices.

“Good visit if you are invited for wedding there and need to take the flight after.”

There is a bus that directly goes to narita and Haneda right in front of the hotel (pay with cash 1500¥), it was very helpful.

Nice size bed good aircon. Quiet location. Lovely staffs.

The hotel is a bit old but I knew that upfront. The rooms are spacious. The price was unbeatable though. The staff was very friendly. I would go there again for business in that region

“The design of this hotel, restaurant and lobby is adorable. However, room facilities are too old, need renovation”

The lobby and waiting area is quite good; however the room is a different story. facilities are quite old with little design touch. Room space is quite small too. We booked a room for 3 persons, but it’s actually a room for two persons with a smaller single bed added into the spare area. Won’t recommend this hotel for 3 persons

“Good location for Makuhari Messe, otherwise felt it didn't quite live up to what I expected.”

Overall the room was great except the bathroom (see below). The bed was spacious and there was room to unpack. Location was excellent for Makuhari Messe. Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The view from the breakfast room was great. Wifi was very good.

Room was great, location was excellent for Makuhari Messe. Breakfast was solid - a standard breakfast buffet, Japanese options were nice, otherwise it would have been a bit boring. Konbeni probably has more interesting options.

Location wise was just behind the Mitsui outlet (not a good outlet), a 5-7 min walk to JR train station, 1 stop from AEON mall, 25-30 min from Disney and a good long commute to Tokyo Station. Overall good place and comfy bed though hotel could be 'modernized' - Busline stops in front of hotel for return back to airport which was a big plus, going to the hotel from airport was ok, have to look at bus schedule if u wanted the bus stop in front of hotel, otherwise a 8-10 min walk from 'regular' bus station stop. Staff was excellent though A+- always greeted you and we always felt welcomed. Some spoke english or could understand.

Location is close to the station and has very convenient bus service to both airports just in front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast has relatively less choice, though the sitting is more formal (with white table cloth etc.), and the view on level 14 is very good. The room size is OK.

“Perfect for week-long stays”

Location perfect for the Convention Center, the metro/bus center, and an incredible number of restaurants within two blocks. There is a nice traditional-Japanese park with tea house about 2 blocks away, which is very relaxing (and fun for the traditional tea with a great view). If you have a high-floor ocean-side room, on a clear day you see Mt. Fuji on the other side of Tokyo Bay -- quite nice; but such clear days seem rare.

Breakfast should be included for the price , there should be more refreshments availability , there should be more television Chanel availability for when you want to stay in doors

The location is amazing! Right next to the JR station, outlet mall, and park. We stayed as a family of 4 for one night to explore Chiba before moving closer to Disneyland. We loved Makuhari and will definitely stay again. Very kid friendly and the pace of the area was nice and relaxed. There were lots of things to keep the kids entertained.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with good internet speed. The location was excellent, very close to the Mitsui Outlet Park, and the hotel also served as a stop for the airport bus, making it very convenient for travellers.

Breakfast area at level 14 has great sea view. All staffs were courteous, polite and professional enabling my family to feel welcomed.
