I was attending a conference at a nearby university, so for me the location was not bad (although still a little far from the station). I was very glad that they have a shuttle bus in the morning to Makuhari Messe which stopped at the university.

“Easy access to the Zozo stadium and Makuhari Messe”
This hotel is a business hotel in a quiet area and a 5-minute walk to a convenience store. There are shuttle bus service going to the Makihari Messe, Zozo Stadium and Kaihin Nakuhari station in the morning. It was about 1500 yen to the Zozo Stadium so it was easy access. Building and facilities are aged (like 40 years ), but it’s a good stay with a lovely Japanese breakfast. There is a hot spring, sauna and restaurant on the 10th floor. Very relaxing.

“Pleasant enough”
The staff were friendly, although they didn’t provide useful information like the complimentary shuttle services available until I asked. The shuttle bus driver was extremely helpful and location is pretty convenient.

“low-price accomodation close to a highway interchange”
The value for price is okay. It is a pretty economical hotel, and thus, do not expect too much. It is a 'normal' hotel, besides a highway, but it is surrounded by Love-Hotels.
