The staff, location, and price were excellent. This was our second time staying at a Daiwa Roynet Hotel, and it continues to be one of our favorite hotel chains in Japan. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with every question and request I had, and that made my stay even more worthwhile.

The hotel is centrally located near the two train stations. Eateries, convenience shops and shopping malls are within 10 mins walking distance. To note that Chiba location is at least an hours plus train ride to Tokyo central. Hotel facilities are adequate and clean. The standard room is good size. Staff were generally courteous. A nice hotel to rest and explore Chiba province. This area is not so crowded like Tokyo yet has the necessities.

The location was great, being right across from the train station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English which was a nice surprise as I am used to using google translate at hotels in Japan. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Having 3 elevators ensured that you never need to wait long go up or down. It was also quite modern, especially the room, which I found comfortable, spacious, and to include everything I needed. For travelers visiting Tokyo who do not mind the extra train time to get into the city, this hotel is a perfect option. There are many restaurants, cafes, and kombinis right beside the hotel, providing options for everybody.

We had a wonderful experience at Daiwa -Chibachuo. The service was excellent.

We booked a family room for four nights and later realised it was a smoking room. As we were travelling with two children, we asked if it might be possible to switch to a non-smoking room. Although none were available for the first night, the staff kindly arranged for us to move to a non-smoking room the following day for the rest of our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a great variety of Japanese, Asian, and Western dishes—all delicious. The location is very convenient, right at the doorstep of Chiba-Chuo Station, with the monorail just a few minutes away. The town itself felt a bit quieter than other cities, but we actually appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice, quiet room with good amenities and even a foot massager. Had a big bathroom with Japanese style bath and shower. Would gladly choose the Daiwa Roynet Hotel group again.

“Highly recommended stay”

Breakfast buffet was basic yet delicious. Hotel is located conveniently near to station, a good stroll to Chiba main station.

Location was great and it was closer to all the shops, train station and other amenities.

The room was very big which was to be expected but it did exceed my expectations a bit. Best bathroom out of all the hotels I've stayed so far. The general decoration and look inside the hotel was very sleek and modern.

Helpful and understanding staff, convenient site, comfortable room. Would stay here again.
