“Very practical and clean, but noisy.”
The room (with bathroom) was clean and comfortable, and very close to Chiba station, which is very practical for both travel or access to surrounding shops and restaurants. Easy room access with passcode.

“good if you dont really mind small shower”
the space is very big, and there is a table that can be used for working futon also good noone in the lobby but you can dm them in booking chat and their response is quite fast (english is ok) overall with that space, it seems worth your money

1.The room is next to the railway and has poor (or none) soundproofing. Every day was spent in the noise of passing trams. The tram runs from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day. If you can live with only four hours of sleep a day, live here. If that's not acceptable, please stay away. 2.No cleaning service is provided during the stay.
